RLT Cross Country Event
Fri 04 Oct 2024On Friday 4th October, 25 pupils attended the RLT Cross Country event at Catmose College. The children were simply superb and represented our school impeccably. We had many successes during the afternoon but the attached picture illustrates our biggest one.
When one of our pupils needed some extra encouragement and support, our whole team ran down the side of the finishing straight to help her complete the race. The adults are so proud of the team.
A big thank you to the adults that supported with transport along with Mrs Tanner and Mrs Crosbie who helped at the event

Welcome to all our new starters!
Mon 04 Sep 2023This academic year we welcome lots of new children. We have the new regiment to Kendrew Barracks - 1 Royal Anglian 'The Vikings'. They join our regiment already with us - 2 Royal Anglian 'The Poachers'.
With the huge support from The Armed Forces Covenant we are undertaking a large scale project. This will bring our two teams together and support our children as they transition into Rutland and begin to realise their futures. We plan to create calming spaces to provide the very best learning environments and work alongside professionals to best support our children.
As always we aim to be EPIC - Thinking about our learning, Believing in ourselves, Dreaming big and daring to be the best we can be. This will only happen once we have taught the children to be more collaborative, resilient, independent, reflective and curious.
All this can only be realised with the teamwork in school and surrounding us - the children and their families, the amazing staff, the Rutland learning Trust, the regiments and welfare teams and the Armed Forces Covenant!
