Term 5

This term, through our topic 'Who are you going to call?', the children will continue to build confidence across all areas of learning. In Literacy, we will focus on reading fluency, understanding stories, and developing phonics to support spelling and simple sentence writing. In Maths, children will explore number patterns, counting beyond 10, comparing numbers, and learning about shapes.

Our wider curriculum will support children’s understanding of themselves, others, and the world around them, including communities, nature, and different cultures. We will also develop communication skills by encouraging children to listen, ask questions, and share their ideas.

Through creative activities, physical development, and play, children will strengthen their coordination, independence, and imagination. We look forward to a fun and engaging term of learning

Here are the skills, knowledge and vocabulary that we will develop this term!
